Depends on how you die.
If you leaped to your death from the top of a tall building, "Jump" by Van Halen
If you swallowed arsenic, "Poison" Alice Cooper
Car accident, "Crash" The Primitives
Coronary, "Heart Attack" Demi Lovato
Crushed on a demolition site, "Wrecking Ball" Miley Cyrus
Stabbed to death, "Mac the Knife" by whoever
Battered with a blunt instrument " Maxwells silver Hammer" The Beatles
Shot by Oscar Pistorius, anything by Bullet for my Valentine

I intend having "Always look on the bright side of life" for mine. Maybe the OP should start learning the words quite soon!

My best friend had Jerusalem. It's very powerful.

I cried then, and have cried or come close on each and every time I've heard it in the 23 years since.

For All We Know by Billie Holiday is in the instructions for my funeral.

Arthur Brown - Fire

Would be in my top 3 choices.

As an alternative, possibly "National Shite Day", by Half Man Half Biscuit

But I've kind of already agreed with Mrs T that I will exit through the curtains to something by George Formby. Probably "With My Little Ukulele in My Hand".

Mouldy Old Dough for me as the flames go up and Harry Nielsen's I'd Rather Be Dead (than wet the bed) in the middle of the humanitarian service.

I was at a funeral service where they played this, there is a special sanitised version with "...life's a piece of grit...." substituted I learned.
