this convo is f***ing brilliant seeing as the lad chucky1973 is a brighton fan haha.

i'm not a massive fan of crawley, but their team has done good this year so well done crawley FC and i'd love to see crawley go up the leagues. They are NOT a rival but i'd welcome a future rival and another game to look forward to in future years should we ever be in the same league. A lot of us seagulls could have egg on our faces should we get relegated and crawley get promoted... i'm gunna throw it out their now though as i love egg... crawley will NOT be playing league 1 football the season after next and NEITHER WILL WE :)

no one no's whats going to happen next season, Brighton hopefully will end up in the playoff's.......crawley,well its a unknown, but the bookies know what they are talking about and 7-1 already........with the team they have and the money they have they are in with a great shout of making it to league 1, with or without northstandnorth spending his money watching them

but you cant spell,or tell a comfortable win either,Darlington 1-0 and Mansfield 2-0 were the games I saw, loads of wasted chances by strikers on both sides who cant shoot, as for Torres, you can tell why he failed a trial with us.HE IS SHIT. Smith-you are Having a laugh if you rate him.The Big Blond centre half(Number20) was you best player against Darlo (unless you count the homer Ref)
CTFC are a shit team in a shit league

Number 20 is Charlie wassmer. There are prem league scouts watching him.

It's odd you say that. I was chatting to a guy i know who covers football for a regional paper oop north. He reckoned that the upper reaches of the conference would all easily compete in league 2 and that Crawley like Brighton were the outstanding team in their division.

What he said though and I agree with him is the death of Bruce Winfield increases the question marks around the funding of the team and its future financial health.

stevenage and oxford could quite feasibly win promotion again this season - and neither of them had anything like the season crawley are having when they won promotion last year

there is very little difference between the top of the conference and league two in general, as is shown by the amount of teams who come up from the conference and within a couple of years push for league one - cheltenham, rushden, yeovil and doncaster have done it and last season you had morecambe, aldershot and dagenham all in the play-offs

providing the money doesnt dry up at crawley, it is laughable to suggest they will be even in the bottom half of the table. id fully expect them to have a real good go at promotion, and 7/1 is a bloody good price for a team that will almost certainly be there or there abouts
