Crabbers stretchered off in monday night game...

...thats what I would be saying if it we're true!

In reality Crabbers made an impressive left-back position his own last night in his teams 2 - 0 victory over the bottom side. After early pressure subsided they scored 2 goals in the second half to seal a comfortable victory. A few harsh challenges we're made on Crabbers but he rode them all like a bull fighter going into the ring
"I got kicked about abit, slightly bruised left ankle but nothing serious, 'tis but a scratch"

Talk of the ever nearing final was heard also as the interviewer asked the obvious question, "You've never been booked in a game, do you expect to go through your career in the same vain?"

"haha" replied Crabbers, "if I dont get booked for breaking Beefy's ankles then I never will, not that I intend to hurt people like that **** Roy Keane mind, Ialways go for the ball...but as I tell me 1 year old godson 'get the ball first and the player second', gotta make sure you hurt them even with a fair challenge"

On that note Crabbers has one more Monday game before The Big One.

I haven't played footie for a while now, I'm going to have to start getting in tiptop shape again.

I'm off the the gym as many times as possible over the next week or so, with a number of power wanks in between.

fitness is the key, I ride into work everyday (except when its raining or bloody windy). Even though that was the first game for over a week I played the full 30mins and my legs feel fine this morning, usually they ache like bitches and I find it hard to walk! Only thing nagging is the left ankle but its just bruising that'll go down over this week.

come to think of it, including both LIZARDS matches and my monday night team...I dont think I've been a loosing side in over 10 games....MARVELOUS
