Worthing
The delusion in this post about them being at a similar level is off the scale. I must’ve missed the season they finished in the top 6, or even spent any amount of time in the top 6. They’ve certainly spent a significant amount time in the bottom 3!

As for us having money thrown at us, someone needs to point out that we’ve actually made an overall profit of 30m in our first 6 PL seasons - and that includes the 2 Covid seasons - with another massive profit coming for last season to add to that.

They have spent longer in the bottom 3 in 2 consecutive months, October and November, than we have in our entire time in the PL.

Shame it does not allow a direct post on here though.

@Bozza This forum (also running on Xenforo) seems to have Bluesky embedding working: https://forum.sealionpress.co.uk/index.php?threads/bluesky-embeds.7123/ (post 7)
Funnily enough I was looking at this only yesterday but, in what is entirely typical of my administration of this forum, I got distracted by something else and then completely forgot.

I use a media plugin which automatically parses URLs from many sites to natively embed content onto NSC and Bluesky is, from my reckoning, supposed to be supported...

"Posts from the bsky.app site are supported by default. An option is available in the add-on's options to add other domains as well."

...so I'm not sure why the attempted embed above didn't render. I'll look into it now and try to not get distracted.

Have we actually ever been in there? Maybe a very brief visit here or there after a few fixtures but I don't recall us being regular squatters like the Palace

The only time we've in the bottom 3 was after the first two fixtures in our very first PL season. The 0-0 draw away to Watford in our 3rd game lifted us out of the relegation zone and we've never been back in it since.

If they're a sensible club, they will realise they have a decent coach, good squad and as long as they don't panic, they'll have three teams behind them at the end of the season.

If they start panicking - sacking coaches and desperately selling and buying players and whatnot - they face the risk of getting into real trouble.

Imho on paper their squad is top 12 so their league position is... sackable. But I don't think they are playing poorly enough to be sensible going for it.

That said, they probably have a better chance of finding a decent replacement than say the lost case that is Southampton.

so I think that equates to Palace having spent longer in the relegation zone in the past thirty days , than we have in our entire Premier League history.

Indeed. Al they need to do over the next 27 games is gain 4 more points than 3 of these: Leicester, Everton, Ipswich, Wolves and Soton.
Is that meant to symbolise Palace getting rid of *insert scapegoat here* or the PL getting rid of Palace?
I thought the artist was painting a depressing picture of a Palace fan being stuck with rubbish.
