Plus some bottled beers from around the globe.

Wow! Thought £10 to get in was a bit steep. But that is impressive.

Is it the football club that organise it? Or local CAMRA branch?? Or someone else?

Cheers for posting.

The football club organise it. Steve Browett, One quarter of CPFC2010 loves his beer so decided to hold a beer festival at the end of each season.

£10 is a little steep but I don't think the club turn much profit on it, Its just done for the love of beer. Lots of bands playing inside the Holmesdale end and a decent selection of catering to soak up the booze.

There are so many alternatives that's the problem and who wants to drink in a shit hole like that when there's no actual game on and it's mostly empty. Wouldn't really be interested at any stadium themed event in truth.

These sorts of things are much nicer in the countryside with a load of quirky Morris dancers, straw bales and WI cakes for sale...plus it must be pouring with rain obviously :)

LOCAL BANDS INVITED TO PERFORM LIVE:

If you are a musician or in a band and would be interested in performing at the festival this year, there are a number of slots available for bands to showcase their talents and to perform to an expected sell-out audience.

Oh look, they don't pay their musicians.

I'll always be one of the first to mock that utter shambles of a football club but this actually looks half decent. It doesn't make sense and is not at all fitting. Take it there wont be many locals going though as I can't see White Lightning, Blue WKD or Carling on the list.

I don't want to get into an argument with anyone on here about Palace. As a Fulham fan, I'm ambivalent about them at best. In fact, thanks to them I witnessed one of the greatest ever Fulham performances and THE best ever Fulham goal (Kasami - should have been GOTS, closely followed by a wondrous strike from Sidwell). But I disagree with your statement that they've had a dismal season. They have done what you (and maybe us) will be trying to do next season - get 40 points. For teams like us (and I think Leicester last year will never happen again) that is the only objective. They had a woeful start and have recovered. Many will regard that as a successful season.
I wish Albion and you fans all the best - enjoy next season and any others in the PL. My advice is to take the stoic long view of your club's position in the leagues and treat it like a holiday. Enjoy it because it will end sooner or later.

If you don't want to get in an argument, my advice to you would be don't come on an oppositions fans forum and defend their arch rivals.
