You could try complan. A powder with a range of vits and minerals, just add milk. Hope you and your family are ok asap. Can you suggest anything. That might help in the coming days!

I caught it at the euros so can imagine a lot of it has been brought back from thatCovid is everywhere at the moment. Not sure officials want to talk about it in case the spook everyone.
During and after most Albion games. The last 4-6 days
Aching neck/shoulder/arm
The WORST sore throat I have ever encountered
Tickeley cough to the point that reflux made me sick.
Stomach pain due to lack of food
Dehydration. Regardless of what I did I seemed to be thirsty the entire time.
Headache
Haluciations
Poor sleep due to the above.
I went to the docs after day 3. Was on penicillin but nothing seemed to work. I have to admit it is the worst illness I have ever encountered. The sore throats was like broken glass rather than razor blades and each cough sent pain along the ridges of my teeth up to my ears.
Pain on chest and stomach may well be due to lack of food but literally had no strength or willpower to make a meal.
Has anyone else suffered this recently?

For the OP if they are curious you can get Covid tests on Amazon still
But you're just a big tease.I normally find a little fluttering of the eye lashes, and maybe a little wiggle are more effective.
Should you be boxing if you don't feel at all well?I’d say this bout was worse than the last one i had in 22
When we were kids in Scotland, we used to all get sent to hospital aged about 5 or 6 to have our tonsils and adenoids removed as standard. WTF?! Anyways, we'd then get put on a diet of just-about-melting vanilla ice cream til the rawness subsided. Maybe worth a try? Can't vouch for its nutritional content, mindCan you suggest anything. That might help in the coming days!
I've met at least one person who said he had hallucinations with covid.Covid as one knows isn’t going to go away, like all the other viruses kicking around…..someone in my household had it a few weeks ago (no one else knowingly caught it)…but not half as bad as what you describe …the hallucinations bit is interesting
