I believe Don Quixote is playing the post modern NSC winding people up game, the resident clique hold this one in high esteem I believe.
I used to play the same game, when I was 10... The irony was of course that I was getting just as wound up, but pretending I wasn't and thus I "owned" people... Not my choice of word, but I guess I've got to be down with the hip NSC lingo.
Don Quixote, is tiresome, as a book too.
Yet we all know Don Quixote has a keen grasp of satire, and akin to his faithful Sancho, it is best to humour him... Thusly:
The Beatles were the best band ever and indeed any cover version would be as pointless as Tony Blair claiming not to be arrogant, self obsessed and falsely contrite

Completely overated, and I bought it when it came out, far too much hype about a very mediocre album. But then that sums up The Beatles in my opinion, the only one I had any time for was George Harrison who wrote some of their best songs.
