It's quite a lot nearer than us.

Yep, about 90 miles from Bristol to Coventry, and about 160 miles from Brighton.
Funnily enough, it's exactly the same distance from Brighton to Bristol as it is from Brighton to Coventry according to Google Maps...

If there is an underground problem (which I haven't heard of) and you're coming from Victoria the alternative is the 24 bus that stops at Drummond Street (2 min walk from Euston Station)... takes about 15 mins for the journey and you can pick it up over the road from Vic station in Victoria Street (50 yards up from the theatre where Billy Elliot is showing). Hope that helps.
