I believe that the FL have set a precedent with Leeds and that had they relegated them to the lowest division of the FL ie. Div 2 other clubs would have thought about it seriously.

The worse possible scenario is that at least the clubs in Div 2 then Div 1 would benefit by the attendances of the away support of these clubs as they climb through the divisions again.
I think that the administration process needs to be overhauled so that the amount of money written off is taken into consideration. Where a club writes off 90% of the debt which might equate to £30M+ they incur relegation to Division 2 (after the season has ended) along with a 30 points deduction/inelegible for promotion the following season.
