Admiral were on an upward path during the late 70's early 80's, so much so that they even dressed the the Welsh national team in exactly the same design, but in an alternative colour. The only reason this kit resonates so much is because Seaford Seagulls u12 Team (1982) had this as our away kit at the same time. Who knows who within the Ford Gulls organisation had a connection to get us, the Division winning team of '82, this kit, (Take that Bevendean Barcelona) but we felt good, really good wearing it.

I think they have gone one step beyond with that kit it and makes Coventry look like a bunch of gangsters.

Maybe we should do another Fat Boy Slim inspired kit. Do it properly this time though.

As a random aside, I played played a gig with Pauline Black (The Selector) and some of the chaps from Bad Manners once and they were all ********s. Really quite sad
