Isn't Dwayne Smith playing in the IPL? He was last year. If that's the one-day side, then Kirtley will certainly play (I don't think Collymore has his visa yet) and I reckon they'll give Gatting a game.

They might even pick RHB above Rayner: Ollie's not at his best in one-dayers and Rory might give more options.

It's a fearsome batting side, but the bowling won't scare people.

For the CC game, Ollie will play and 11 will be Lewry (if well) or Collymore (if legal), otherwise Aga.

Excellent news... as Collymore is now here, and fully Visa'd up (but not ready just yet) ... I'd say on Sunday well have the following players definitely playing:

1. Joyce
2. Gatting
3. Prior +
4. Goodwin
5. Yardy c
6. Wright
7. Martin-Jenkins
8. D Wright
9. Kirtley

Which gives us 5 batsmen, 4 all-rounders (if you include the skipper), and 1 bowler. So, the last 2 players needs to:

1. Add to our bowling options for the 1 day format, and
2. Probably spin

So, Hamilton-Brown or Nash both bowl spin.
Tom Smith is a full-time spinner, and can bat a bit, as is Rayner.
Alternatively, Hoppo gives us some grit later in the order, and is the best fielder at the county.

So, perhaps the team might line up like:

1. Joyce
2. Gatting
3. Prior +
4. Goodwin
5. L Wright
6. Nash
7. Yardy *
8. Hamilton-Brown
9. Martin-Jenkins
10. D Wright
11. Kirtley

Which gives us 3 spin options: Yardy, H-B & Nash

Plus 4 medium / fast bowlers: L Wright, Kirtley, D Wright & RMJ

And we bat all the way down to 10.
