I take it you are listening to commentary? I am only following on Cricinfo, that sort of information is not supplied. I assume UB maybe doing the same, hence why we've come to those conclusions?

As I am following it via a desktop scorecard, rather than having the commentary on (boss does not see the funny side of that), the fact he did not complete the over, meant I pressumed he was injured. Either way if he is not allowed to bowl in the innings that is fine.
