Now for the hard part. Need to find a site that the council doesn't have a plan for, which doesn't have to include housing, and has good parking and transport infrastructure in place. No, the council want to move the Brighton Centre there. They have actually said that an ice rink will not be in the plan for BR.

I thought they were rebuilding the Brighton Centre at its present site and connecting it through to Churchill Square?

Nope - the plan is to extend CS into the Brighton Centre space. Will never happen though

So what this plan basically boils down to is:

Brilliant. I didn't realise being a councillor was so straightforward. What a shame this guy wasn't around when we were trying to get a stadium sorted.
