Villa have a guaranteed easy win against palace tomorrow, so a great escape could still happen.

Watford may now struggle to get another point.

You are effectively advocating for West Ham to finish above us...but if they are below us, we won’t be getting relegated.

If it was a team above us then you’d have a point.

You really think Villa are going to win 3 and draw 1 and us not pick up anymore points?



Palace didn’t keep us up, you could argue it was the 6 points against them that did.

Of course, you could argue until the cows come home about where and when our season was saved. Without stating it my post (and I am aware that we snaffled six points off “them”) it was the Palace win, 3-2, at Cardiff that ensured we couldn’t be caught.
