......be the most successful manager in the history of Brighton & Hove Albion if he got us two promotions in a row and stayed to manage us as a premiership side?

Yes, he could. But lets not get ahead of ourselves - its not January yet. I can't quite believe where we are and really trying my hardest to not get excited.
What happens in January then ?
No don't get me wrong....we are not even close to promotion yet....but Gus does seem to have "IT" and if he was in a position of premiership football with THIS club could we be on the verge of the highest standard of football and success we have seen in our history?
We've been top of League One for four weeks. Can we all just calm down please.
3 points tomorrow and let's take it from there.

BOOOOO
Spoilsport.
Oh nothing - I just won't start to believe we can win this league until we are there or thereabouts in January/February.
I know it sounds silly, but I there have been so many more low points than there have been high in the last 15 years that I can't begin to imagine us going forwards and in a new stadium. It all sounds too good to be true and I feel like I'm about to wake up from a dream.
Yup, I know. I'm a freak. But I would dearly love Gus to take us to the Championship and beyond, and I do think he could ultimately become out most successful manager ever. I'm just trying to curtail my excitement, I guess.
The table would have "settled down" by February ??
I'll say. We'll be 3/4 of the way through the season !
