That W5R3 looks distinctly scarey. It's like they suddenly took away the safety net of giving you a bit of of a walking breather. It may well be all in the head but still looks a bit of a major challenge to anybody trusting implicitly in the programme. Just seems a bit of a harsh reality slap.
I see what you say but trust me IF you follow the plan to the letter it's easy. I'm nearly 57, weigh 14st and am only 5' 6" ish!
Initially I thought it easy with 60 secs run, 90 secs walk, repeated 7 times with a 5 min warm up and warm down chucked in. Then you slowly ramp it up, go on, give it a go!
