What did Dirty Dave do to be classed a racist?

some knob at my union bar tried to punch me, we both got banned so he decidied to accuse me of racism. although according to the guy in charge of my SU i was banned for fighting and not for racism.

Not quite sure what message that sends out....fighting is banned but racism is ok??
