Cornwall Campsite Advice Needed

Really does make a great holiday. Best get down there before the school holidays kick off though !!

Too right. To be honest I like Cornwall best in the spring or Autumn. It is far better when there are few tourists about, it can get almost claustrophobic in August, and the weather can still be nice at those times of year (when it is not raining!).

I went to Perranporth last week, there were FAR TOO MANY jellyfish, watch out for them.

I've been looking at the St Ives area, it looks very nice.

I lived in St Ives for six years and still go back most summers and it is absolutely rammed throughout August, if you can find anywhere left with places that's worth paying for you will be doing well, I think. Although.....there are some woods at the back of town you could probably get away with pitching up in (I lived in a tent in them for five months) but the facilities aren't much
