Corned beef

For a while now I've had a hankering for some good old-fashioned corned beef

NOT the stuff out of a tin, and not jewish brisket (which seems to be the US meaning of the word).

Does anyone know of any shops or restaurants where I can get it? I had it once at the Ivy a few years ago and it was amazing, but no longer on the menu.

Exactly - what I'm after is more like what HKFC is eating, all chopped up and then pressed into a terrine
