with the rest of the UK population today, i fancy a bbq. only i need to buy one first. anyone know about the Homebase BP gas in lightweight cream/green cannister, £65 seems very expensive. presumably thats just the deposit fee, anyone know what the refill fee is? anyone know of somewhere cheap for butane/propane in the Eastbourne area?
also i notice lava brick arent need anymore, but i quite like them. can you put them on the gas bbq anyway, or are they different setups to work?
related, i want to homebrew using gas in the future, so want to save getting lots of stuff twice. will be indoors/garage so i understand have to use Butane. is it simply a case of changing regulator and i can use butane on the BBQ too (since its warm when you use, dont see the advantage of propane). though i'm starting to wonder for the sake of keeping two bottles its not worth fussing...
think i may end up using the grill at this rate.
