Gus got lucky today, he was giving it large on the radio about his 'choosing' to play Caskey today...he didn't, he was virtually forced to, he should have played him for the last 4 games last season after we had won the title & he'd have 20 games under his belt by now and Navarro, Harley etc would & should be nowhere

Wouldn't say Gus was forced to - he could have easily stuck with Harley. I'm sure most Albion fans expected Harley's name to appear on the teamsheet ahead of JFC today.

Glad Gus made the choice he did though :clap:

Yeah I think he's a centreback (though I've not seen him before).

Don't even know how old he is. Does anyone?

He did seem to take to it like a duck to water.

JFC offers so much more than Harley. Fast, quick passes, aggressive in the challenge and popped up in the box for the all important opener. definitely deserves to keep the shirt. seemed to work on Harley too- after his pony deliveries on Saturday, he pops up with a decent corner with his first touch
