Hotel arrangements having fallen through, am on a coach leaving Hove at 7.15 Sunday.
Ordinarily would doze the whole journey, but, reading this, looking forward to seeing a sea of blue and white overwhelming the M4!

Lift is picking me up from Legsheath Lane at 7am. Coming from Burwash, via Cooksbridge, watch out for blue and white on the A275. Anyone else coming from that direction?

are you all mad leaving so late, You are all going to miss the kick of as you are leaving to late. Don't forget you have to pay a toll at the bridge (£8.40 i think) plus 33000 city fans you will be well late. :( . you have been warned.

Nemo, I agree. We are going up the night before. Nearly 65'000 fans trying to get over the Bridge as well as Bank holiday traffic on a sunny day. It is a recipe for things to go very very wrong.

I fear there are going to be some very upset people out there sunday, They are underestimating the traffic. I travel the motorways all day every day, They will not make it. In fact if you read these pages on Monday people will be saying we should have listened to Nemo. But i will not be the one to say i told you so, But i told you so.

Littlehampton
Leaving Littlehampton with excited son at 6.15, calling into Haywards Heath to pick up two more passengers for 7.00am.

Going for M25/M4 to mingle with as many Albion as possible.

Look out for us - the car will be decked out with blue/white ribbons hanging from the door mirrors and various other Albion gear will be stuck to the windows.

Oh, and we'll be in the stripes.....

Amusing quote from fabric shop assistant when wife dispatched into Worthing for ribbon - "is this for the football match with Brighton? - we have sold a lot of ribbon this week"..:lolol:
