If I was DK, I'd tempt SC to stay by offering him shares and a seat on the board. That is because IMHO, he could be one of one best managers we've ever had and I think a fully committed SC would see us into the Premiership as soon as Falmer is built, if not before.

I'm not saying this lightly, MA was quality and Taylor & Horton were competent enough, but Coppell would prove to be better than all of them given time.

Unless an English league manager is at Man Ure, L/pool, Arsenal or a handful of others then he is not where he wants to be, and is only biding his time until he gets an opening that takes him into the upper echelons of the Premiershit. One of the few exceptions to this is Dario Gradi. Have to say that I agree 100% with Simster's post. SC would have been the man to take us all the way.
