Well done Mr Bloom, Potter fits our exact requirements to progress with our youth set up and he knows how to adapt, even if its sometimes a risk to some.

I see it as very calculated over the course of a season.

Love him.

I say no more than this.

Despite what newspapers report on how much it cost Man United to sack Jose Mourhino or for Spurs to sack Pochetino
or for Watford to sack Javier Gracia. The length of time remaining on their contracts would have been largely irrelevant.

Newspapers lead us to believe it does. That's only because journalist are too lazy. They just multiply what they believe a Manager's annual salary is by the amount of years left on a contract then they print it.

Then when it is printed people take that as being true. Because they want to believe the sensationalism of those "hefty numbers"

Newspapers blame internet sites for reporting "fake news". They peddle more "fake news" than any other Entity. They always have done

if mr bloom isn't paying CH now, why has CH not been re-emoloyed?

Massive gamble by Bloom which is going to backfire. Absolute no idea what he has seen in Potter to warrant a lengthy new deal.
I honestly thought this was a wind up at first. I cant get my head around this.

it's cos you're retarded

It has been very well documented in the Press why.

He has rejected jobs he didn't feel were right for him at the time he was approached and as you will have read in previous posts. Those rejections are getting close to double figures.

When he is ready and the right position and challenge presents itself I am sure he will accept it.

Very true, they’re guesstimating.

With patience, the actual termination costs for a coaching/management team do become available, buried within the next audited accounts. Here’s an extract, via the Telegraph, of ManU’s spend in getting rid of several management teams.

-all gone pear-shaped for Ostersunds since he left

A lot of Potter's reputation was built on what he did in Sweden - with apparently no money - yet the owner has been convicted for a massive fraud after funneling major money into the club on the q.t. and hiving off tax revenue.

The upshot is that the club is now effectively bankrupt - with the club to be relegated back to where they were they were when Potter was appointed, the Swedish third division (just for comparison - Ostersunds is roughly similar to a team playing in the second tier of the League of Ireland).

I sense that Potter has a good PR company behind him and he got out before the s*it that he knew was coming hit the fan.

LOL LOL LOL

No definitely not. Chris doesn't read or use Social Media

I wish -

On second thoughts - I don't - it is though having to deal with the crap dished out to football managers (and particularly bad when it is to such a nice guy as Chris Hughton) - I do like my job and where I live - and I have a lot less hassle and stress in my life.

I don't have a clue who JRG is.

I only actually know a couple of the people on this site.

There are many people on this site who have made very many assumptions about me and they really are getting more outlandish by the day.

Or he knew he stock was never going to be higher and took a move to a decent championship club to further his career
