At least we know we can rest dunk or Duffy and will still be very solid
That was official BHAFC talk, not fan talk.
Care to enlighten me when the last time centre back was a problem? It was brilliant to see Connor get MOM today, even if it was against a Deeney-less Watford. His distribution is better than Duffy 's too, centre back is not a problem for us this season.

We'd have won The World Cup by now if the Albion could produce centre forwards the way it can shat out top notch centre backs![]()
Don't you remember Colin Hawkins?

And whichever it was talking, BHAFC or NSC, it wasn't nonsense!
FWIW - and despite his impressive debut today - I would still think it would be a good idea for him to have half a season in the Championship, provided we can get in (preferably on loan) an experienced old hand who is capable of stepping in if and when we need a fourth CB.
If Hughton does see Dunk and Duffy as out first choice this season and next - and I don’t know what he thinks, then Connor needs to move on because he’s too good to be sitting with the stiffs week in week out.
Would that be the same Duffy who has been a freakin rock since August and currently leading the league in shots blocked?
