TBH, I am too tired to discuss. Basically, people have a right to complain.

I, however, want Slade to stay for the time being.

If you make a mistake at work you will probably get told off. Make another mistake and it could be a written warning. Possibly the same mistake three or four times over and its dissmissal.

How many mistakes has Slade & his shoddy back room staff made this season?
Just about every game.
And of the 3 wins that we have managed to achieve, 2 of them could have ended as draws!!

I blame the backroom staff that Slade had to take on when he took the job. Yes Salde has his faults but we have been shit for a number of seasons now and the common denominator is the backroom staff. Various managers have been told to work with them for a number of reasons I guess. So out with them I say and let Slade bring in his own trusted advisors. But probably too late now

That's a really poor argument. No one demands from the managerial team/players that they always get the right result every week. Of course it isn't going to happen every week. However, it is hardly happening at all. In fact, ask yourself how many games have passed this season. Then ask yourself how many times we have had "the right result." ANYONE who knows ANYTHING about doing a job will understand that this particular job is not being done properly. The management/coaching/playing staff are all responsible. You look at some of the games we have played against teams we simply need to be getting results against and it is clearly worrying. The reason why we need the points is because of a very difficult run of games coming up. Sorry, regardless of pressure and not being able to get it right EVERY week, this simply is not good enough.

Are these some of the same backroom staff we had when we had three promotions in four years?

I have NO idea whether Booker, White et al are any good as I have not seen them in operation.

If they are coaching FDM to let in soft goals and the defence to impersonate Easter Island statues at set pieces then YES they should go.

If however the players have the attention span of goldfish and cannot follow simple instructions then perhaps responsibility should be shared.
