just a note to say congratulations on your promotion, you certainly dominated league 1 this year!

a lot of us have been following your results since your man martin perry spoke in favour of our new stadium at a council planning meeting, which was accepted, a couple of months ago, and it was only a matter of time before the promotion was confirmed.

see you in the championship next season! i expect you to do very well, especially at home - the stadium looks great by the way.

Blimey, a nice Bristol Shitty fan, not many of them around.
Not surprising when that's the response they get :)

Thanks Red, good luck with the stadium.

One of my best mates is a Brizzle City fan. I'm happy that their stadium plan seems to be coming together.

Thanks for the wishes, bristol red.

Good luck to Brizzle I say - I took 20 quid off a brizzle mate who thought
that they would finish above us in our respective divisions.

re Akinde, you dont want to sign him (I understand the Dagenham deal is done anyway).

he is honest, and had potential, but has never made an impact for us, and I expect him end up in league 2. seems like a good lad though. We took a punt on him when he was young, but he never really made it.

what positions, if any, do you think you will need to strengthen for next season? It isnt rocket science, but when we came up it was clear to see a difference in quality on the final ball and finishing between league 1 and the championship. It is kind of daunting to think that most of the clubs have been in the premier league, and still have premier league players, and/ or parachute payments, that you have to compete with. However most seasons a team comes up which takes the league by storm, we have done it, and Leeds, Millwall and certainly Norwich are doing it this year so you have every chance.
