In the folder that contains you current bookmarks (the one with only a few useless ones in) replace the file bookmarks.htm with the good one you have located.
or you can launch Bookmark Manager (Bookmarks... Organise Bookmarks...)
and then File... Import... From File... locate the one with your old bookmarks in and hit Open.
