If he keeps this up then:
A) this will be his last season with Brentford, a top 6 club is nailed on to come in.
B) he should be called up to England, ahead of Rashford IMO, obviously he won’t be with the current tit in charge until after A happens.

I think the tit is about to enter his last tournament

Composure is Toney’s goal for Brentford yesterday that put them 3-1 up.

Also, look at his penalty record. Calmness allied with great technique. He's scored 24 of 25 (the only miss being one saved by the keeper back in 2018). Since then he's changed his technique; rather than just pick his spot, he waits for the keeper to move then tucks it away.

The Athletic did a piece on his penalties last year:

"
Geir Jordet is a professor of psychology in football at the Norwegian School of Sports Sciences and he has conducted extensive research on the art of penalties. He explains that taking a deep breath plays a significant role in Toney’s process.

“That pause enables him to make sure he is fully composed and ready,” he tells The Athletic. “It’s control over himself and the situation. For a shot like this, your mental state when you hit the ball and right before is critical. It is such a sophisticated visual perception process that you are about to execute so if you are not fully (concentrating), you are going to miss.”"

It can definitely be “acquired” and most likely can be taught.
