Is there an actual brand name of those awful windscreen stickers from the 70's & 80's that had for example Darren & Tracy written on them, i am trying to source some photo's and information but cannot actually find anything on them.

There may be a reason for that. a) they were incredibly naff at the time and b) haven't you heard, in todays society relationships don't last long enough for the visors to stick to the windscreen. May be "Darren" and "To Whom it may concern" - but it would have to be a wide windscreen.

That is very true, and they always were bloody awful things. No info or websites or pics online to refer to though is a bit weird as they were rather naffly iconic as fluffy dice

That didn't take long! Searched for car sunstrips and top of the search was Demongraphics. They have sunstrips that you can add your own text to.

That didn't take long! Searched for car sunstrips and top of the search was Demongraphics. They have sunstrips that you can add your own text to.

Nice try, but i am looking for the retro versions. I think Tim Over Whelmed as solved this one though in terms of what needed to be purchased
