The window by my machine at work is so filthy i can hardly see the building four feet away on the other side of the alleyway

A derelict, vandalised, graffiti covered building, with most of the windows boarded up, except those where the boarding has been smashed down by squatters, who never spend more than half a day inside - because the inside is too disgusting for words.

Very unmarvellous scenes.

I can see the Tyne Bridge and St James Park if I saunter across to the other side of my floor. The bridge is quite nice but SJP (or should that be Sports Direct.com Arena) is a dull gray monlith when viewed form the East.
