[Misc] Competition - how much will my parking according to these conditions?

This has really pissed me off! I parked in a Reading car park from 9pm Sunday night to 8:15am on Monday morning. How much would you expect to pay according to these published parking rates?

The winner! yes that was it. £21.10 (I'll let you off the 10p) It was 3 hours at the weekend rate (£5.10) plus the charge at the weekday rate from midnight to 8:15 (£16).

Surely though they shouldnt be charging me more than £16 - the normal 24 hour rate? Presumably if Id have done the same times from Monday to Tuesday, the 24 hour rate would apply. As Mr Kraay above pointed out - that extra 15 mins I spent having a cup of tea cost me an extra £17!

Don't get me started on it buddy.

Went to Brighton just before Christmas and arrived 5:54pm. At 6pm it goes on to the evening rate and is something like £7 for the whole evening. So I expected to pay an hour of the day rate then the evening rate......nope! Got charged £16 something for 4 hours parking. Then to add insult to injury I got PCN for driving in a bus lane a through the post a couple of weeks later that I had no idea I'd done. So a trip to Brighton cost me over £50 just on driving.

You see I think you could just about justify that. But to charge £21:10 - i.e £5.10 more than the 24 hour rate, for parking for 11 hours, just seems dishonest.
