Really ? according to the live runing info, quite a few trains out of Vic & LB seem to be affected. However, delays are reportedly down from 90mins to 30 at the mo, so hopefully by the time I get to London Bridge at 6, it should be sorted.

The Southern live running info seems to be blaming it for all sorts of delays and cancellations, including London Bridge to Tonbridge - which is completely the other way (unless there's more than one incident, of course)

Southern website saying

"Due to a person being hit by a train in the Faygate area, Southern services are being severely disrupted on the Arun Valley Line.
There are no train services between Crawley and Horsham at present and a rail replacement bus service is in operation between Three Bridges and Horsham.
Some services will also be diverted via Hove with some services being diverted via Dorking and Sutton.
As a result, journeys are expected to be extended by 90 minutes.
Metrobus is passing Southern passengers between Redhill - Three Bridges- Horsham.
First Great Western is passing Southern passengers between Redhill and Dorking ( Deepdene).
South West Trains are passing Southern passengers from 15:00 on routes via Clapham Junction & Havant to from the Coast.
We apologise for the inconvenience this will cause."

Indeed - as I say every time this comes up, I've commuted Shoreham to London for about 22 years now and twice been on trains that have hit people and neither time were they jumpers
