On a serious note, it depends on the context. I like some of the stuff on buildings in Brighton. Seeing my 8 year old nephew burst into tears when some prick tagged all over my Brother's memorial bench on Plymouth Hoe, not so much. Context people, context.

I'd be surprised if the same people who clean the toilets also pick up the body parts. I would think that would be done by specialist clean up crews.

I really find it astonishing that some people can’t comprehend that graffiti is a criminal offence. Whilst I have total sympathy with the families and friends of the dead, you can’t alter the facts that the boys were participating in a stupidly dangerous and criminal act and have paid the ultimate price!
