a bit of paint doesn’t harm anyone, or impact the operation of your car either - so what slogan would you like scrawled across it? Any particular colour preference?

cook pass partridge

On a serious note, it depends on the context. I like some of the stuff on buildings in Brighton. Seeing my 8 year old nephew burst into tears when some prick tagged all over my Brother's memorial bench on Plymouth Hoe, not so much. Context people, context.

At considerable cost - all made necessary by vandalism and trespass.

....and Worthing, Schmorthing, wherever - the usual reason for the toilets being closed is due to them becoming unfit for use..........

........because of vandals. Plus of course, more man hours could be dedicated to things like keeping the bogs open if they weren't being wasted scraping disgusting bits of body parts off the track, train and surrounding area of vandals who were too stupid to get not to get in the way of fast moving trains. But perhaps you'd rather they kept the bogs open and just left the body parts where they lay scattered about, as a terrible warning to others?

You are an odd man, the fact that 0.001% of people trespass on the railway seems so important yet the 100% of passengers that would like a toilet on a train or at least on a station who are CUSTOMERS is an irrelevance.? you are not Alfred Mizen's B account are you ?

Apart from the brand new trains recently sprayed to death by idiots, all the windows the safety notices and alike. Yep what harm does it do? FFS

Can I come spray crap all over your car/bike/wife/house whatever

Oof.

Wife as a possession to get spray painted? I'm no "snowflake" apologist for overly PC bullshit but that's a bit..........oh hang on, is your bird fit? If so I've changed my mind and she can be spray painted to ****. She'll end up looking like a platerer's radio.

Don't try. Really, don't.

I'd be surprised if the same people who clean the toilets also pick up the body parts. I would think that would be done by specialist clean up crews.

"Beryl, Beryl love, could you leave the bogs for now and go and pick up three dead lads off the tracks? Make sure you get all the skull fragments. Thanks love" She's a bloody trooper that woman.

I really find it astonishing that some people can’t comprehend that graffiti is a criminal offence. Whilst I have total sympathy with the families and friends of the dead, you can’t alter the facts that the boys were participating in a stupidly dangerous and criminal act and have paid the ultimate price!

Are you saying we should just accept vandalism and damage to other people property for the sake of expression of art?
Your over 40 now grow up FFS

No. And where have I mentioned art apart from possibly in my tongue-in-cheek quip about the bench? I have repeatedly said it’s a losing battle, there’s other more important things to worry about and I can’t get worked up about it. Hopefully you’re now clear.

Where has anybody suggested otherwise?
