Comedy WARS: Only Fools & Horses vs. Blackadder (All 4 series)

Imagine a world without Only Fools & Horses. Unthinkable.

Blackadder 4 is genius, Flash in Series 2 is great, 1 & 3 aren't great.

Given that it was better over a longer length of time and provided so many memorable sitcom moments, I'll go for OFAH. Blackadder The Third was great though.

Blackadder by a country mile. It would have been a lot closer though had OFAH not flogged itself to death with about 3 series too many.

This competition should be seeded. These are the 2 best comedies ever.

Correct....never found the 'Office' funny. These two should be in the final...only one close to these two was Fawlty Towers,which I was privileged to see one of the outside scenes filmed.

As at the time of posting, I'm honestly stunned by the results thought Only Fools would walk it (Blackadder was decent but come on)

Stephen Fry's General Melchett in Blackadder Goes Forth is one my favourite comedy characters of all time.

Both brilliant IMO.

OFAH did go on too long, and ended weakly, whereas the ending to Blackadder was unbelievably moving.

These two should be in the final, not grouped together. Two classics of British comedy.

Fawlty Towers vs Blackadder would make a fantastic match up judging by that. OFAH will have a solid fan base, whereas I imagine there's a lot of people split between Fawlty Towers and Balckadder.

Blackadder is a much smarter comedy (IMO). Has to be a Fawlty Towers/ Blackadder final shirley?

Blackadder and as others have said the first series is underrated. It is quality.
