I didn't think 'oh dear', but I did think 'Christ, he's resting a few players, isn't he?'
The first thing I noticed was swapping Mac/Caicedo out for Gilmour and Gross. I thought 'this is brave' rather than 'we're going to lose'.

Truth be told, I didn't know how the starting 11 would perform. Another thing I didn't see coming was the way that Wolves performed.

It was almost as if our players know the system, know what is expected of them, and to an extent, it doesn't matter who actually plays, as long as they follow their
instructions.

Would we have won by more if we had fielded a 'stronger' side? I don't know.

The only name that really concerned me was Undav.
I’ve been hoping to see more of Gilmour for a while, but between Gross, Caicedo and Ali Mac there really hasn’t been any space for him. Good to see Welbecks time being managed sensibly

Some of us suggested that the some of players should have been rested on Wednesday but were told there was nothing on the bench that could come in! Oh ye of little faith!

When I heard the line up I thought, OK not sure about this, but they did look a bit cream crackered on Wednesday so hopefully we keep it tight and bring on the big guns in the second half when need a goal. At no single point did I think we would be 5-0 to the good when that happened.

Suprised at Undav starting because RDZ seemed furious with him on Wednesday but he played slightly deeper at that really helped him I think,his second goal was excellent and really showed that he could turn it around and feature a bit more,very happy for him.
