This game reminds me of my youth, with Palace playing tops with the diagonal stripe. I know we are supposed to hate them, but I like the fact they keep to a design which almost no club uses, at least in this country.

It is a huge result but please let's not go overboard. We need a few more favourable results every game. Come on Palllllll.........what am I doing?

Absolutely right but then there were people on here suggesting we’d be in the drop zone this evening. As it is, we’ve given ourselves a two match breathing space. One more win and a scratchy draw or two could be enough. We don’t know of course but we’ve done ourselves a big favour this afternoon.

It looks like they've got a soft spot for us as well. You won't find me besmirching them.

What a embarrassing thread, wanting your biggest rival to help you out of a hole again ?
I’m sure you’ll do it again for the Villa game :ffsparr:

Not as embarrassing as going on the internet to your ‘biggest rivals’ message board on a Sunday morning.

Let us remind you we wanted Bournemouth to lose, it was unfortunate it was you who they were playing. It was novel to be ' nearly cheering on Palace ' we wont be doing it on occasions it doesn't effect our outcome. It also left a bad taste in the mouth, I couldn't cheer Palace when they scored but glad all over Bournemouth lost.

We’re not in a hole! It may have escaped your notice but we won three points ourselves yesterday. As another poster pointed out, we wanted Bournemouth to lose, because we always want PLB to lose.
