Looks like bidding starts at around £45m which probably just got bumped up on a ‘Chelsea are mugs’ tax. At those levels we were never going to be in the running for a perm signing.

Leaving Brighton for Chelsea I might make fun of, but I get it.

Leaving City for Chelsea? Hmm.

Let's be honest, Chelsea squad is begining to look frightening. Outrageous if they don't finish top two without other distractions.

Hardly surprising - they're desperate after their pitiful performance last season and they're buying Potch all the nice shiny glittery players they can hoover up irrespective of whether they'll fit into Potch's team ethos (if he's got one) or style of play and the Yank is really learning the hard way although he's clearly got bucket loads of cash to squander. There will come a day of reckoning though.

Worthing
Wouldn’t it be funny if we came in with an offer and he decided to join us over Chelsea 🤣
Unfortunately can’t see it happening

Am I missing something. I'm presuming Todd and his investors have piled in on Chelsea to make financial gains, but it seems nothing has changed from the Abramovich era where money was no object and losses were just brushed off. Where's the payoff?

f*** off Chelsea. This is ridiculous. Blatant "f*** you" to the rest of the league and the rules.
Genuine question, who are the leaders and experienced players to guide the youngsters other than Thiago and Sterling? Maybe Chilwell

Also who is Sanchez competition? Is he currently an uncontested number 1? Given how much they have spent on outfield players they don’t appear to have much in the way of keepers.
