I dont know what he means by it but he has been doing it for years and it is quality.

Just a dance move (albeit not the most complicated), that he decided to take on as a celebration, really. I guess "raise the roof" could mean sing up, lift the atmosphere etc.. but I doubt he's thought into it that much!

Let's hope we get to see it a few more times before the season's out.
