Doesn't look like that is what's happening, was looking here http://www.contestsgalore.co.uk/statto/win-a-player/teams.php?teamid=8 and found that they, along with kilmarnock and barnsley have set up things on there websites where fans put their real details in once and then they are automatically entered every day.
