For whatever reason, CMS has decided to "protect" his tweets so they can't be read by just everyone. This also means that you can't just follow him on Twitter: you put in a request to follow him and he has to approve it.

He currently has 14,438 followers.

I really hope there's some (rather defeating the point) option to approve multiple requests in a single click, and he hasn't had to approve each of those individually.
