What's interesting for me is his relatively modest house / decor.

I watched this earlier today after seeing a link on Twitter and it reinforced the impression that CMS is not a 'typical' footballer in many ways (apart from his car!).
My friend works in a pub in the centre of town and had most of the Brighton squad in one night 'on the lash'. CMS was the only one not drinking and was apologetic about the laddish behaviour displayed by his colleagues apparently . .

Watched it earlier, sounds like a real down to earth guy also great that he replies to hand written letters and not just retweeting people.

Things I noticed a) he's wearing a Peterborough jacket and b) if you were that way inclined you could probably get his 360/CoD username.
Uses the P'boro jacket to walk the dogs though, not attend press conferences, and sadly it looks like he's a PS3 man...
