Dragged defenders all over the place, chased lost causes (AND WON THE BALL), made runs that opened Wednesday up and his goal was class movement that they couldn't track him and Bruno knew exactly where he was. Bruno was motm tonight but without CMS, this team wouldn't wreak as much havoc in the last 3rd!

Well done Macca, its Friday I'm in love!

Yeah I totally agree. Many people miss the quality of his movement and just judge him on the ball. Mugs. He was class and opened holes all over.

I didn't think he was great apart from the goal but as always can't fault his commitment. Just think that with his burst of speed he should be the one getting on the end of those superb 6 yard box crosses. But after 5 goals in 3 games I'm not really complaining. Should hit 20 this season easy with the chances we're creating.

Wasn't as sharp looking as he was in the previous two games, but didn't do a lot wrong. He and Barnes were a lot further apart tonight so that might explain it.

Nonetheless, he scored exactly the sort of goal we bought him for, which is the biggest sign for me that we may just have cracked it when it comes to playing to his strengths. Loads of his goals for Posh were from inside the six yard box, but last season he just seemed to have lost the instinct to get in there. Now he's popping up in the right places again.

Goals like the ones against Burnley are all very nice, but if your man's a twenty goal striker, then he needs to be picking up the scrappy, two yard tap ins, and that's what he's starting to do. Long may it continue
