I think all the CMS detractors have to ask themselves why Reading bid £3m for him at xmas and Leeds are trying hard to secure him now.

The lad has lots to offer any team that will provide him with decent service.

I agree, and with a decent strike partner and quality service I think we'll see a different player this season. Gus has as much as admitted that "Macca's" slightly disappointing season was down to him.

A lot of humble pie to be tasted me thinks.

Too early to write him off. One sub-par season (especially 1st season at new club, playing new style, in new division) doesn't equal sh*t season or sh*t player!

...and what was that reply?
....to what question?

Bish said he'd miss watching Brighton/CMS while he's in America. CMS replied about making sure he keeps up to date with Albion news by following @OfficialBHAFC

I'll only start worrying about CMS leaving when a bid comes in and is accepted. Even then, it doesn't mean a player is sold, ie Hoskins in January. Until then it's all just rumours.

Has anyone else the Brighton and Hove Albion retweet of the sky sports link that CMS is Leeds bound subject to us completing the signing of..... # wait and see.

My hunch is the return of the prodigal son:)

On the subject of Twitter it's noticeable that CMS has been much less active of late than previously - does not auger well :(

Wouldn't the fact that El Hadj Diouf signed for Leeds not mean that he's more than likely staying?

Here, there and everywhere
Gus likes to have a squad he an rotate, keep 'em keen. Given what happened last season when we ran out of players, you'd expect him to keep CMS, alongside new Striker, play them both and then decide which one(s) to keep if we do go up.

Course it's his decision. Or is that not a serious question and I've missed the joke?

Really,,,so if the player knows the club want to move him on,whats the point in staying?.Of course a player can refuse a move but is that a wise carer move...Contrated or Bosman, the player cant have it both ways....Wheres the joke in that, what part didnt you understand?

It's not though. Gus says "we've had an offer from XXXX and I don't want you any more" then he's gone, if not to that club then he'll have his agent out looking for the best deal he can get and pretty quick I'd think before his value drops. Others just have contracts paid up to get them off the books.

Think the club are trying to get to the players to publicise tickets for games now. Could tell a few of them had been told to plug the Reading game, CMS's tweet looks like a continuation of that

Or they might have been trying to promote a fellow professional's testimonial that wasn't selling very well.
