Exactly he needs a partner up front and not to be played as a lone striker. With the system we play even Rooney would struggle with the service that CMS gets.

I doubt Rooney would miss as many open goals, penalty box chances and one on ones as CMS though.

He didnt take his chances on Saturday and that cost him. I would have taken CMS off yesterday and put Hoskins on for him, after it became apparant CMS was having a shocker.

Agree with this. Hoskins suffered with not putting his chances away, but CMS was in the same boat last night. CMS should have come off.
