Massive respect due to Craig for his wording in that interview. ''My mistakes" and "What I've been doing wrong". Would be very easy for a prima donna player to start mentioning the rest of the team or the tactics. Next season, my son, all will be well.

I watched the press conference on player. It's clear it's been tough for him but Gus asked him to do things that Peterborough didn't, also the team play totally differently. However his attitude was 1st class, he's gonna study videos of the season to see where he went wrong and where it went right. He really really wants it to work here and I would say that unless Brighton get a very large offer, CMS isn't going anywhere.

I would imagine Gus and Tano do show vids of performances to the players. However, what impressed me was how committed he is to getting it right. Putting in extra work over the summer.
