Tottenham. Just dislike them, their choices of managers over the years, Harry Kane, Son, and so many of their fans.
(y)

What particularly annoys me about the fans is that they are completely lacking in self awareness. At least Chelsea fans know that other fans dislike them.
Spurs fans seem to think that they are everyone's second club. They also know literally nothing about football that's past the end of their Spurs nose.

Fun fact: Spurs last winning the league was closer to Queen Victoria being alive than the present day.

I also still harbour an irrational dislike of Swindon.

"The 30 minutes are almost up Swindon fans, but you’re not there yet…”

The updated word cloud.

Some late hate for Swindon Town, Ipswich, Bristol City and Stoke. Everton also pop their cherry.

In total, 74 teams are mentioned (including Hollingbury Hawks U13s).

Chelsea have the most mentions with 42, followed by Palace with 36 and Leeds with 35.

Highest league team not mentioned is Blackburn Rovers.

Some teams have been renamed (Twats, Plucky and Stains) out of respect to Massive.

Please note: I have not included teams where posters have indicated that their hatred or dislike has now mellowed/dissipated.

Not sure it’s worked that well on this latest extract because teams mentioned just once are the same size as teams mentioned multiple times, eg compare Birmingham and say Bournemouth.

You are correct. I generated it based on ranking rather than frequency. Here is the frequency version...

How does it look when Middlesbrough and “Middlesborough” are combined?

Whoops.

It moves their number of appearances from 5 to 6 and on par with MKDons.

Dislike so many it’s probably quicker and easier to list the ones I do like!

AFC Wimbledon - after all the crap they went through which led to their formation, to then treat a long established non league team like Kingstonian the way they did (helped by Chelsea of course) doesn't sit well with me. And yes I know if AFC Wimbledon hadn't moved into their ground then Kingstonian would have probably gone out of business, but they could have still asked Chelsea to let them continue using the ground before they sold it and left them homeless. Rags to riches - my arse.

MK Don's - perfectly acceptable non league teams in the area that could have been transformed rather than parachuting a basket case club from South London into there.

Lewes - purely for taking our manager, our assistant, our physio, all our team over the space of two months. And leaving Peacehaven having to use different players every game.
Plus they complained to the FA over the state of Whitehawk ground when the Hawks were on the rise.

Can't really get too fussed over the top clubs anymore. They aren't the clubs they were when I was growing up. They are more entertainment businesses now, the fans are mostly customers, the experience is like going to the O2 Arena. Soulless.

I can't stand anyone north of Lewes, west of Chichester and east of Rye.
The worst of the lot?
Palace, just because

This takes us up until @fly high's submission.

I've run them through a word cloud generator.

So far, Everton haven't been mentioned. Somehow, they have escaped our wrath.

I've included all teams mentioned, except for when the poster indicates that they don't dislike them anymore. I though Fulham might escape censure but [UWhatSER=20814]@amexer[/USER] ruind that.

100%. I was in the north stand that day with my dad. Horrible and frightening experience.

I'm glad to see Chelscum featuring so heavily in this list - for all the reasons you state plus mine as a Fulham fan. As Thursday night demonstrated, it's a true local Derby rivalry - at least from the black and white end of SW6.

I can't get as worked up about QPR and Brentford although their fans can be annoying. Apart from that I'd say the Manchester duo are unlikeable.

Have been asked in a private post what the beef is with Flyde?
Went to an away game with my mate who’s a Southport fan at Fylde and we got locked in a pub because Fylde supporter decided to turn up with a knife. Then their stewards claimed we made it up, which we didn’t, there was a machete visible. All in all an odd day.

Palace first and foremost. I don't understand this new inverted snobbery about hating palace now from some of our fans. Aparantly we shouldn't hate them so much now and have some kind of begrudging respect for them as we are better than them and they are a 'real' club.

NO...they are scum. Weird gypsy scum.

Spurs I don't like. I live in London so come across real London spurs fans not these weirdos that support spurs in Sussex. And they have zero respect for Brighton. We don't even register on their radar. They won't even talk about Brighton it's beneath them. This , coming from a club that have won the square root of fook all for about 30 years. Laughable, misplaced arrogance.

Chelsea now I suppose. I used to live off the new kings road quite close to Stamford bridge and have good memories of that time. At that time I didn't mind them. But they are pretty unbearable now especially since they tried to steal our club.

Brighton factually.....
Thought I was gonna be the first to say Liverpool. Funnily enough the club I can tolerate, pedigree, not bank rolled to the ridiculous level of others, I even quite like Klopp.

But their fans are another matter……..
similar for me, but I’d have to include Everton & Tranmere….
that’s the give away though, it’s the accent I can’t stand, it grates me so much, even thousands of miles away in a foreign land, if I hear that nauseating sound, I have to leave wherever I’m at, until I’m far enough away from that whining…

rant over.
