Agree to an extent, but it doesn't have to involve all that tat, and can be done stylishly. You wouldn't catch me in a replica shirt or with foam seagulls etc. but I will be sporting the blue and white in my own retro chic way.

Indeed. White t-shirt for me.

I like the way the club phrase it on the website, sorry but unofficial clothing isn't good enough :lolol:

everyone turning up in their home shirt and any other official products for the night

Not changing what I wear either as we haven't lost AND played well since I have been wearing my latest concoction.

Luckily it's all blue so can kill two birds with one stone., my 83 replica jersey (with white t-shirt underneath) and the blue retro look brighton zip up.

My old man wraps up in coat, scarf, hat, gloves, the lot for games, so told him he MUST wear this in front of the telly on Friday night for the Palace game even with the heating turned up.

Yep. My recent outfit of navy hollister polo, grey hoodie and green superdry jacket has seen a succesion of impressive WINS, although I was getting a bit WARM in all those layers when sat in the car listening to the Leeds away game. All layers will obviously be worn in my lounge for the game on Friday night.

My only concern is if things go badly on Friday do we still wear it on Monday?

Club want to make some money from us buying the overpriced tat more like. You can be sure nothing being sold for £5+ cost more than 50p to make. If they really want to have a sea of blue and white they can provide me something for free and I'll happily wear it. Their suggestion that only the 'official' items are acceptable just backs up my point.

Jesus christ - what a miserable sod you are. Where blue and white or don't, but why do you feel the need to be so negative when what we should be right now is very positive (after such a season and with more to come).

If the club had said that anyone in unofficial items would be refused entry, I'd agree with you... but they aren't.

If you have something blue and/or white, then wear it. If you want to buy something for the game, then why not make it something official? Better to give the money to the club than someone else trying to profit off the back of the play-off run.

I've been wearing a signed long sleeved '02-'04 yellow #33 Robinson shirt for the last few games after we last lost so unless we lose on Friday I shall be in yellow along with "who wants to be a millionaire" t shirt (references in knocking man city out of the league cup) underneath :)

Just make sure you shout and scream and sing as loud as you can,and accept that next week your throat will ache and be sore and that you will be unable to speak for a few days, also if you have done this properly, you will have a banging headache too.

Dont you worry I'm pretty sure I do more than my bit.

I'm sure SeagullSongs will confirm, the life of WSU Middle.

I think we can accommodate those who choose to wear non blue and white lucky clobber. It will still be a sea of blue and white.

It's like the sea. You'd still say it was "water coloured", even if you do accept the sticks and turds floating in it make up the sea as a whole.

On the rack over there, beside the Phone a Friend bobble hats, and just below the Ask the Audience incontinence pants - for nervous fans.

Indeed. What a bunch of MELTS. I am sure Dutch fans don't grumble about wearing orange for home games cause it really isn't their colour. Sake.

I know, fancy Tony wanting to get some of his £120,000,000 back.

What the f*** are they thinking about?

Lets just go back to the Withdean budget.
