What the f***?

so if we get a draw the fact i went to the other 2 home cup games dosnt give me priority?

i thought that was the point of keeping the stubs?

does perry have a f***ing clue what he's doing?

i almost hope we dont draw.

Agreed. It proves to me that the club are a bit clueless. So those who went to Northwich and Stafford get no priority even though they were told to hang onto their stubs. In what circumstances would the club have found a use for those stubs I wonder?

not the point pal, i havent missed a home game (all competitions) this season, my point is that the club insisted we kept on to the stubs of the other cup game sto give us priority for any potential next round game- in line with the policy for the west ham away game

the club dont have a clu- that is my point.

Agree with you there, They seem to make it up as they go along.

Another UTTER UTTER UTTER shambles in store if we get a replay. For God,s sake remove Martin Perry from Chief Exec to just look after the planning process for Falmer.....PLEASE..........

Nail on head.

We got given 5,000 tickets. 7,000 people wanted one. Either way, 2,000 people, myself included, were going to be disappointed.

How some people simply can't accept that and move on really is beyond me.

Its not that simple. The point I and others have made is that someone who hasn't been since Spurs had as much chance of getting a ticket as one who went to every game before and since.

How hard can it be to implement something where the irregular supporters are last in the queue? I have a ticket (and would in all likelihood get one for a replay) but I still think this ticket allocation system is complete and utter bollcoks of the highest order.

I mean the ticket stubs thing is for any subsequent rounds. Besides, is it any such hardship to hold on to a ticket stub or two? Until such time as the club knew who we were getting in the cup, they couldn't know to allocate by which priority system.

Well, your name is Pork Sword.

You could have left it at that, to be honest.

My real name is not really Pork Sword you know. Just as I hope to got the picture on your postings has nothing to do with you.

Sensible comments from Perry.

It is a bit odd that the 1st/2nd round ticket stubs don't get you priority but possibly there are time constraints with a replay that means the under-resourced ticket office can't wade through thousands of stubs.

Didn't people who went to the Millwall JPT game get priority over other AMS members, so there was SOME kind of scheme in place?

I do think however that stubs from the Northwhich and Stafford games should have been used instead of Millwall as they were actually matches in the competition we're playing West Ham, and the cynical side of me says that the club told people they would be used in order to get a few hundred on the gate, but what can you do?

I guess at the end of the day I just don't see missing out on tickets for a football match as being something worth raising my blood pressure over.

From the Club Statement
Should Albion draw with West Ham tomorrow, season ticket holders will have Sunday (12pm-4pm) and Monday (9.30am-8pm) to secure their individual seat.
From Tuesday season-ticket holders wishing to purchase additional tickets and are happy to move, litter patrollers, Seagulls Club members and Supporters' Club members can apply for tickets.
Any remaining tickets will then go on general sale from Wednesday 10th January.

How does one apply?
Is it in person only?
are you able to phone?

Someone explain to me how a supporter who has been to every home game this season, but pays on a match by match basis, can get a ticket for the replay.

Wait until they go on general sale (behind the mates of season ticket holders, who haven't been to a single game so far)?

This is FAIR?

Fair enough statment, only slight thing is my 5 match season ticket runs out after the millwall game and i was going to probabily get another one for the next 5, so would i be classed as a STH, or would i have to wait until wednesday?

I am a Supporters Club member. I haven't been to Withdean since the 0-0 draw with Palace (4 years ago?).

Why have I got priority over someone who was asked to keep their stubs from the 2 previous home FA Cup ties?
