Had to return my daughters home shirt as it was a bit snug; but they only had xs. Asked and the girl said they have sold out and won’t be getting any more in until the new season.

Have we got a new home shirt coming?

Common sense tells you that Feb isn’t a great time to buy kit, when over supply will lead to redundant stock in a month or so.
Nothing new has gone out of stock this month specifically.

Also the very popular away shirt will be third shirt next season, so not out of date.

Those Chinese lads on 5p an hour knocking this kit up need to pull their fingers out.
Nearly there. Chinese businesses make them using Khmer labour. My home shirt from last year was definitely made in Cambodia, not sure about this years tbf.

I had an epic kit fail one lunchtime a couple of weeks ago. Popped down to the Churchill Square store only to find that it had shut. Never mind I thought, I've still got enough time to jump on the train to Falmer to treat myself to MacAlister home shirt before he leaves us. Arrive at the store only to find that the only home shirts available was a handful of XXXL shirts, so no home shirt for me. There was very little else left in the store in regular L sizes or even XL. It was really poor and I'd agree with the comment about the store not looking to great. So that was that, took a lap off the ground in to kill some time before my return train and then decided to look online and get a shirt from the website, and there too I was denied. I was really surprised at the lack of stock for replica kit. I do understand that there are supply line issues across many industries but I am disappointed that we are losing out revenue in such a way at the moment.

Note to self, pre-order next season's home shirt if I like the design.

Yep. August. Every August.

First time we've heard there won't be more home shirts. No great surprise though.

As above, the club is way too conservative with its order levels.

We need to change to Adidas.
The gear that Leicester and Arsenal offer is brilliant.

(cue comments about not wanting to wear Leicester or Arsenal gear)
The gear that Adisas offer way well be superior to Nike, (l think it is too by the way), but who is to say that they too don't have supply issues?

I think we also have to remind ourselves that we have only been 'good' and 'popular' for a few years. The shop is superb if in the championship or lower. I've been up there on a Sunday etc and have been the only one in there.
Saturday was mental both before and after the match. it was heaving and lots of stock was being sold. Would we have sold more if it was bigger etc? - probably but then we may have other issues the rest of the time.

Ive been to Anfield and their shop there - its vast but they have hundreds visiting every single day. Their shop in the town shopping centre is also huge - on two or 3 levels. Spurs has a massive one. Palace has a supermarket for heavens sake!

it is frustrating not being able to get various items - but its more annoying not being in the high street - either with our own shop or in sports direct etc.
I know we have the pop up shop but a high street presence is needed when we are champions of Europe and attracting fans from around the world.

The pop up in Churchill square was great. Didn't have the full range but I was able to get an away shirt and a new hat in there. I think it's important to have an in-town presence

And there is this the problem, going into the shop after the game. Given the number of people queuing to get into the ground who were holding the clear plastic bags from the club shop stuffed with items, it would seem that there was probably stock there, but people just cleared the shelfs of the popular items before the game.

Early bird and all that.
I went in with my lad at 1pm on Saturday, kids home and away shirts only went from baby size to age 5-6, no adult home shirts at all and only a few away shirts in XXXL. Saw a few Japanese fans walking round in away shirts which went past their knees... Only real option for those wanting to buy a shirt was to browse the rack of horror containing all the shirts with either Trossard, misprints or bizarre names printed on the back.

The club need to get Nike to sort it or ditch them. Fans from abroad will just end up buying the knock-offs from DHGate and we'll be losing a killing.

I've been wanting an Albion SNOOD for quite a while. I don't even think they do them.

Its things like this that keep me awake at night.

This.

Every training photo and pre-match warm up has the players advertising them just by wearing them.
I have never seen any for sale online nor in the shop.

We went in twice, after the Liverpool (cup) and Bournemouth games as my 13yr old daughter was interested in a Hyper Turq shirt for her birthday. Sadly no chance, they only had XXL or bigger and some kits for very young kids.

here and there
After the game on Saturday we popped in the shop as my teenage son was keen on getting some training kit. The first thing that hit me me was how busy and buzzing it was in there compared to the last time I went in post match. The next thing that really disturbed me was what an absolute mess in terms of meeting demand with supply.

Not ONE piece of Nike kit that would fit a 13 year old in the whole shop. Person after person asking the poor kids that work there about all various sizes and almost nothing available anywhere. Lots of disappointed customers wanting to hand over cash. A quick look at the online store today and there is almost NOTHING that anyone can buy in the Nike range. We must be losing money hand over fist by not being able to sell goods people desperately want. Is this a Nike issue? Surely the club need to be looking at a supplier that can actually supply? Or is it poor commercial management? If I was Barber I'd be pulling my hair out if he had much! With our profile rising surely we should be looking at retail beyond our direct channels?
Bring back that ex Millwall CEO. I loved the end of season fire sales in the concourse due to the excess orders, I even got Poyets old coat for a tenner

Nope. There's definitely a major stock issue - with kit/training gear, at least. Little available online either. Been like it for months.
This.
I tried to get my 13yo nephew a shirt for Christmas - home, away & 3rd all sold out
